I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I need to transfer appointments from
one public calendar to a second lateral public calendar.
Both our IT Administrator and I have tried several options and none have
worked including --
- opening both calendars side by side (would not open two public calendars)
- copying the calender to another calendar (Error Message: Unable to move
or copy folders. Can’t copy folder. A top-level folder can’t be copied to
one of its subfolders. Or, you may not have appropriate permissions for the
folder. To check your permissions for the folder, right-click the fodler,
and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.)
- exporting public calendar data so that I could then import it. (public
folders cannot be selected for exporting)
