How do I transfer contact list

IT made CD of my Outlook contacts when I left the company- how do I transfer
to my home computer- XP home, with Office 2003 installed. They made Office
data files?

Copy the PST file from the CD to your hard drive, remove the Read Only check
mark from the file's properties. Start Outlook, go to the File menu > Open >
Outlook Data File command and open that PST. Now drag/drop the items you
want from the file you just opened to your standard folder(s)
