How do I transfer contacts and email messages from a mac to Outlo.

I have Office 2007 and wish to transfer my mail and address book from my Mac
Book Pro to Outlook on my new PC. Any help?

Look at the export options in the address book application that you are
using on your Mac and see if it has a matching format which Outlook can
import.
