How do I transfer from Chinese version of Access to English

I was working with the Chinese version of Access 2003, but recently switched
to a new computer which has the English version of Access 2003. I copied my
database to a USB and attempted to reopen it on the new computer. When I open
it, I get a message saying that "the expression onload that you entered as an
event property setting produced the following error: An error occured while
the file was communicating with the OLE server or the ActiveX control. I
looked at the Help and tried to remedy the situation, but nothing works. I
can view the database but not add anything to it. How can I fix this?
