How do I transfer my contacts from Outlook to Outlook Express?

I've just switched from Outlook to outlook express after installing SP2. I
can find no easy way to move my contacts from one program to the other.
Anyone have any ideas?

One method... In Outlook, use File - Import and Export - Export to export
the contacts in tab separated values format. Then, using Word (for example)
to change all of the tabs (^t) into commas. Save the file as a text files
named (for example) contacts.csv. Then, in OE, use File - Import - Other
Address Book to import the .csv file.
