How do I transfer old MSWorks documents to my new computer?

I have a new computer (Windows XP) and have loaded my old MSWorks program
onto it. How do I get my existing MSWorks documents onto the new computer
from my old computer (Windows 98)? I hAVe burned a cd with the docs, but
don't know what to do now. can anyone help, please??
