How do I transfer to a word document?

I am doing a newsletter and I typically transfer all my publisher content to
a PDF but since hsa been advised to transfer to word format. It might be
easy--- but I have not done so... Please advise..

You can't do that and have it maintain the graphics and formatting. Whoever
told you to create a Word file really shouldn't be giving the editor advice.
Keep the .pdf file.
