How do I translate from English into Welsh?

Do you know of an easy way to translate documents from English into Welsh. I
am a Welsh speaker but wondered whether this facility was available online as
it is for translating into French or Spanish for example.

I don't think you'll be able to get the same functionality in
English-Welsh translation as in English-Spanish or English-French. The
feature in Office 2003 is supplied by a third-party web service
(WordLingo.com), which doesn't offer machine-based translation to
Welsh.

But you may find some very interesting items at
http://www.bwrdd-yr-iaith.org.uk/cynnwys.php?pID=182&langID=2,
including the fact that you can get a free copy of the Welsh version
of Office. There are links on that page to translation services,
although they probably aren't free.

Even if machine translation were available, its quality (even between
reasonably closely related languages) tends to be fair-to-poor.
