How do I "trust" a digital signature certificate?

Received an email from fellow worker that was digitally signed. Entourage says the signature is "not trusted". How do I tell Entourage to trust this signature?

It is probably signed with a non-standard certifying authority. You
would need to add the root certificate from that authority to your
keychain... That means first getting it from the person who sent the
e-mail.
