How do I turn my header on and off in order to print on letterhea.

Sometimes send a letter to a PDF and feature our stationary content in the
header & footer and sometimes we need to send the same document to a printer
onto our stationary. I would like to be able to switch the header/footer on
and off. Is this possible? Thank you, Nancy

Have you considered using a background page instead of Headers and footers?

Background pages are more versatile than H&Fs and the only purpose for H&Fs
is to allow a Visio Page to print over multiple physical pages.

With a background page, you can unselect it from the fore ground page when
you print to letter head.
