I am tired of having Visio search my computer for shapes and attempting to
"ADD-IN" every .exe program on my system. How do you turn this off? It
appears that you have to have something selected for the shape search - this
should be fixed so that I don't have to have anything checked!
I notice the search when I get notified of a macro that is contained in an
..exe file.
I guess the bottom line is I would like Visio 2003 to stop searching my
computer or anywhere else for something that I will tell it where my stencils
and templates are located. Is there a way to do this?
thanks
