How do I turn off AutoPreview for all folders Outlook '07 Beta

OL 2007 Beta includes a neat feature to AutoPreview the first few words of
messages in mail folders. I can select View>AutoPreview to turn this feature
off for a single folder or message at a time, but how can I turn it off as
the default for all mail folders & messages?
