How do I turn off HTML in email I receive with Outlook?

How do I turn off HTML in email I receive with Outlook?

Since only spammers send HTML email I want to disable this
all together.

What you want to do is go under TOOLS/OPTIONS/, then go to the tab
that says "Mail Format" you will see "send in this message format",
drop down the options and choose what you want.
