How do I turn off the fading in the drop down menus

I'm sure this is simple and I'm overlooking it, but with office, the items
you don't use in the drop down menu's are missing until you click on the
"down arrow" and I know there is a way to turn this off, but I guess I'm
losing my memory cause for the life of me I can't remember.

Thank you in advance,
Ken

Hi Ken,

The 'show full menus after a short delay' setting
in Tools=>Customize=>Options in Word may help.

In Word, click on Tools | Customize | Options | check the "Always show full
menus" box | OK. This setting should automatically carry over to the other
Office applications you have.
