How do I turn off the From Field in Outlook?

Is there a way to limit the use of or remove entirely the From Field when
sending a new e-mail message. I can see Administrators having this option
but no valid reason for normal users to have the ability to change the From
Field. We are using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2000. Any help would be great!

you should be able to hide it using the View menu - but if you are on
Exchange, users can change it all they want and Exchange will reject the
message unless they have permissions to send as that person - which only
delegates should have.
