How do I turn off the GDSOBMF'n send-message popup!

I'm ready to uninstall Groove and never look at it again, because while I'm
remoted into another computer (my laptop) trying to write code, I'm being
constantly bombarded with the send message prompt.

IF I WANT TO SEND A MESSAGE I WILL USE THE SEND MESSAGE MENU ON THE SYSTEM
TRAY AGENT! I DON'T NEED GROOVE TO ASK ME EVERY 8 KEYSTROKES!

Are you sure that is the Groove asking? Can you send me a screenshot of
that msg.

Unfortunatly I dont know the workaround. But I am interested in it.

Now again I will explain what happens. When I'm remoted into my laptop, and
doing work... This box (on my local computer) is popping up as I'm typing.

It seems to be activated by one of the shift keys... I want to turn that OFF

Hi -

Pressing shift twice in quick succession causes this.

Is there a way to alter the key combination so that pressing shift twice
doesn't cause the Send Message window to open? Maybe alter the keyboard
shortcut to Alt-Shift or something??
