How do I turn off the Outlook 2007 text editor?

I have an .oft that loses all its formatting when I use Outlook 2007 Beta 2.
Can anyone tell me how to disable the Outlook email text editor?

Hi Naz,

You cannot be using Outlook 2007 Beta 2, as it has not been released
yet.
That means you are using either Beta 1 or Beta 1 Technical Refresh. All
support questions for those should be posted in the private beta
newsgroups and not in these public ones.
