How do I turn off timesheets by default in project server 2003?

I am the project manager for rolling out project server in my organisation.
We have decided not to use timesheets for the time being, and I would like to
turn them off as a default. Can anybody help me with this? The desktop is
using project profesional 2003.

To totally disable the Timesheet functionality in PWA, complete these steps:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Server configuration
3. In the features grid in the middle of the page, scroll to the Tasks
section of permissions
4. Set the View Timesheet permission to Deny
5. Set any other timesheet-related permissions to Deny, as you desire
6. Click the Save Changes button
7. Write down the changes you have made, in case you wish to enable this
feature in the future
