How do I turn on Macros in Word 2002?

Running Win XP Home and Office Home 2002.

I keep getting a popup asking for permission to turn on Macro. Thank you!

ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE ABOUT THE CONTENT OF THE MACRO, from the Tools menu,
select Macros and then Security and change the setting to Medium. If that
is where it is already and you should NOT reduce it.
