how do i turn on the files and prints in insert menu? It is grey out.

I could insert files but not files as print into one note. This feature does
not seem turned on. Is this a program problem?

If you are running a 64 bit system, the answer is yes.

Otherwise: Is there a "Send to OneNote 2007" printer in your printer list?
If not, please search this discussion group for help how to proceed in this
case, because this would be a well known issue.
