How do I turn on the Junk Email Notification option?

I have a user who has turn off the Notification window of Junk Email.

She wants to turn on this option again?

Unfortunately I cannot find that where can I activate this option again.

Please give me any advises.

The user use Outlook 2003 (Up-to-date)
