How do I turn on the trackng page in Outlook 2007?

I have looked and looked and for the life of me, can't find it. I've been
able to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar but clicking it does nothing.

I just want to know who has accepted a meeting and who has not.

In Outlook 2003, it is a tab in the properties of the meeting. I would think
2007 was the same.
