I need to type a name in Word that is spelled with a macron, which denotes a
long E sound. I can find accents, grave, tilde and such. The name is
LeShondra and the macron should be over the e. thanks for any help

I do not know what version of Word you are using, but generally in most
versions you can INSERT a Special Character or Symbol from a font. Look in
online HELP in your version for inserting special characters and/or symbols.
I scrolled through the various chracter sets and found the macron you were
looking for. You can also select, copy and paste it as required once you do
find it.
