I'VE SCANNED A FORM THAT I NEED TO FILL IN SEVERAL TIMES WITH DIFFERENT
NAMES, ETC. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO TYPE IN
THE BLANK LINES OF THE SCANNED FORM?

You will basically have to recreate the form, which will take several hours.
Is it worth the effort?

Either that or use it as a graphic background and put text boxes in wherever
you need to enter data.
