How do I un-link cells and retain their value?

I have linked cells on two sheets, one of which I want to
be able to change amounts in weekly for payroll reporting
(source document). The second sheet is the weekly call-in
sheet. I need to be able to create a new call-in sheet for
each week, using the revised figures in the source
document, while keeping the previous week's call-in sheet
(I cannot loose the previous week's figures when I revise
the source document.) I do not want to re-do links each
week. Any suggestions?

Make sure when you paste your sheet you select:
"Paste Special" --> Values. Otherwise, your links will follow you
around.
