How do I unblock a sender from recieving my e-mails?

From this one domain name, they cannot recieve my e-mails. I ran my mouse
overtop of their hyperlinked e-mail address in their signature and a popup
came up saying blocked::mailto:name.name@(theircompany).com. Is this a
problem on my part that I can fix in order for them to receive my e-mails and
e-mail responses? Any insite into this would be helpful. Thanks!

Errr... Where to start.

Ok. First, 'blocked::mailto: etc etc etc' doesn't have anything to do with
your ability to actually send a message to that person. The mailto: URL is
a URL that is blocked by Outlook (for some reason that I don't know) so that
you can't click on it. All it means is that you can't click on it to send
the person an email.

Now, that said. If it is only this domain that you can't mail to, what
happens when you try to mail them? Is this a pop3 account or a work server?
Do you get any message back when you send a message?
