How do I unblock access to the form template file?

Outlook forms are saved in a shared folder, but when double clicking to open
a form, the message reads....Outlook has blcoked access to this form template
file. If you know and trust the person who created the form.....

Use the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command to invoke the template, browsing
to the source location under the User Forms in File System.

Or, write a macro using Application.CreateItemFromTemplate.
