How do I unblock attatchments that outlook has blocked?

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002.
I was sent some attatchments which I need to open except Out flashes up a
bar saying that Outlook has blocked the following potentially unsafe
attatchements.
How do I unblock these so I can have access to them!
