How do I undo a bad AutoCorrect correction?

In Outlook, AutoCorrect is changing every apostrophe s I type into an
apostrophe d. For instance, "it's" becomes "it'd". I would like to turn this
off, but I cannot add words with aspostrophes to the AutoCorrect Exceptions
list. (When I type a word with an apostrophe in the Exceptions dialog, the
Add button becomes inactive.) I've also tried Undo-ing, and then re-typing.
It continues to make the same wrong autocorrection. My only option is to turn
off AutoCorrect completely. Any help with this wierd glitch?
