How do I undo deleted sentences by accident

I accidentally deleted some sentences in an important document. How do I
retrieve the sentences? Thank you

If you've closed the document, it's gone. If you haven't, you can try to
undo until the sentences are back.

I guess you can use a software named "EasyRecover" to undo your mistake.
