How do I undo several changes in Outlook Calendar 2007?

I am a bit new to using Outlook Calendar. I was trying to copy one calendar
into another and accidentally copied and pasted the same calendar. Now I have
a ton of duplicate entries that I do not want to go through and delete one by
one. Normally I can figure this stuff out on my own, but I'm tired and don't
seem to be able to figure this one out. Is there a way to undo changes in
Outlook Calendar? I am using 2007 on Windows Vista. Thanks.
