How do I unhide columns that I've hidden in a Visio gantt chart?

I used the Gantt Chart/Hide Column route to hide a few columns, but can't
find the option to unhide them! Have they disappeared forever?!

Click on any other column and choose Insert column from the Gantt
Chart menu, choose the colum you wish to unhide.

One wonders how that got past the common sense useability testing.

These instructions worked great, thank you, and completely agree with the mind-boggling oversight. To add to this, once the columns are restored, they default to the past formatting, having lost all changes.
