how do I unhide header information on all folders?

Whenever a new folder gets created in Outlook the option "hide header
information" is always checked. FTI, this is found by highlighting any
folder, then clicking view, arrange by, custom, other settings. I don't
rememeber having this problem before, but it's annoying as I do not want to
hide the header info. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have a lot of
folders and I am currently going thru them and changing them all back, but I
would prefer not to have to go through this every time I make a new folder.
