How do I uninstall just Office Outlook 2003

Office Outlook 2003 is disabled on one of my two hard drives and is not
fixable. I attempted to setup the same e-mail accounts on both hard
drives-stupid me. One computer really means one hard drive. I would like to
uninstall just Outlook from the Office 2003 suite. Is that possible?

Yes - Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Microsoft Office->Change->Remove programs - make Outlook unavailable.
