how do I uninstall multiple versions of office XP from one computer

I think the subject asks the whole question. I have a
computer that has Office XP Professional installed as well
as Office XP Small Business Edition. I cannot install
updates, patches, new components, etc. because it always
claims that it can't find the correct XXX.msi files on the
cd even though they are using the same CD that was used
for the installation.

Help!!!
