After installing Windows XP Pro with SP-2, when I open Outlook Express and
try to open an e-mail, a window opens requesting the insertion of the
installation disk of Office 2000 SR-1 Professional, which apparantly was
installed by someone visiting the owner of the computer. We do not have the
disks. Closing the window causes a fault and Outlook Express closes. When I
try to uninstall Office 2000 through "add and remove programs" the system
requests the installation disk.
How can I uninstall Office 2000 without the disks? I really dont want erase
the hard drive and reinstall everything from scratch.
