how do i uninstall office 2007 trial version

i bought a new laptop with vista ultimate and office 2007 trail version
preinstalled. i went to the control panel to uninstall. when i click on
uninstall nothing happens.
i want to install a full version of office xp which i bought while back but
want to make sure the trail has been removed first.
please help.

Buy a Corel Office Suite and pay a professional to uninstall the Microsoft
Office Activation Assistant. I've wasted too much time on this problem
without results. Microsoft is obstinate about providing no help with this
whatsoever. There are too many competitors for this product for MS to pull
this manure.
