How do I uninstall Office 97 Professional without the CD

Our company purchased a full version, rather than an upgrade, of Office Pro
2003. Also, the CD's for the already installed Office Pro 97 are unavailable.
When trying to uninstall Office Pro 97, I am prompted for the CD's, and
unable to proceed. Is there a workaround to uninstall the earlier version?

Hi ESD,

If you use a custom installation choice for Office 2003 it should include an option to remove older versions. If that doesn't allow
you to remove Office 97 there are a couple of approaches you can use, including this one.
