How do I uninstall or remove the commercial printing add in?

I installed this add in. It interferes with my printers ability to print
almost full bleed.
I need to remove it. Things I could print before to nearly zero on one
side, and about 1/8" on the other, will not print at all. for example, If I
size and image to the full size of an 11 x 17 print the image will simply not
print at all. Instead of cutting off the extra because of the machine
limits, the machine now sends out a blank page.

Have you looked at the Canon site for support? Publisher and the commercial
add-in is not causing your issues. You can remove the commercial printer driver
in the Printers folder.
