how do I unlock a repeating section

Hi,

Was your schema generated with a tool outside IP (such as XMLSpy)?

This is from the sample templates provided by microsoft (resume). The schema
is set and I'm trying to add a option list (radio button) to a repeating
section (skills). This is prohibited at this time and I'm trying to "unlock"
this repeating section.
