How do I "unlock" my space bar?

I held down my space bar 8 seconds and now it is locked up. How can I unlock
it?

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options |
Keyboard tab | uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" and "Use StickyKeys" boxes |
OK.
