How do I unlock Word administrative website link restrictions?

I am a Vista Ultimate user. I have been unable to follow website links in
Word 2007, that are inserted in documents. I have checked all of my
seatings including administrative, and have found no errors. My firewall
programs do not show any errors. I have turned off all programs that may
restrict Word. including firewalls, these are Norton Internet Security,
Windows Firewall, and Webroot SpySweeper, with no success. My computer shows
that there are no errors , or spyware currently with my operating system,
control panel, or it's software. I have updated to the New Service Pack 1
version Today with no success of resolving this problem. I have even tried
to totally uninstall Office 2007 Professional, and then reinstall it with no
success. If anybody has a resolution to this problem, please let me know,
thanks.

It is poor netiquette to multipost. Yammering the same question
separately, repeatedly, redundantly, and incessantly in every newsgroup
hosted by your ISP is more likely to get you ignored than answered.

"Unable to follow" is a useless description of the problem. Pretend we
can't see your screen from here and describe what happens when you click
on a hyperlink. If you get an error message, quote it exactly and
completely. In the meantime, my crystal ball thinks you should read
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310049 "You receive an error message
when you click a hyperlink in Outlook".

Sorry If I missed something in my last post. I am new to Vista, as someone
who has used XP for years. About a month ago, after running Windows Update
and installing required updated, the internet access feature in the Word
program of Office 20007 Professional Was unable to access and open any
internet browser to follow website links or access help from Microsoft's
website. The error message that appears is as follows "This operation has
been canceled cue to restrictions in effect on this Computer. Please contact
your system administrator." I have checked all of my computer settings,
along with any other programs that may be hindering this from working
correctly and have found no problems as of yet. Unfortunately the page that
was listed was for Outlook and didn't resolve this problem. if anyone has
any suggestions on resolving this [problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
