How do I unzip a .cab file on a mac?

I tried to download some templates that are in .cab format. I get an error
message #17540 when I try to decompress the files. I am using stuffit
expander to unstuff the files on my Mac. Any suggestions?

I don't think you can, though it would be better to ask on Apple's forums or
at least a Mac-specific MS newsgroup. Also try google, my quick search
turned up one third-party utility to do this, there may be others.

Or borrow a friend's PC or labor to download them for you.

Have you tried double-clicking on the file without using Stuff-it?
