how do I up date office xp service pack 3 with out a disk

I am working with sony vio laptop penium 4,xp, Every time i turn it on it
says updates available. so i click on the update and it starts to initilize
then it stops and comes up with a blue box that says insert cd for microsoft
office xp professional, I don't have that cd. I've tryed to download it on
the microsoft update site and it pops up with the blue box saying to insert
the cd. I have tryed everything and I don't know what to do. Does anyone have
a solution for me?

You might be able to get around the error message by installing
the full-file version Service Pack 3, but no guarantees. If you
are prompted for the Office CD and cannot provide it when
requested, then the service pack installation will fail and some
of your Office applications could be left in a non-functional
state. If this happens, then you will need the Office CD to
repair your Office installation.
