how do i update office 2000 without the disk?

I have office 2000 from a licensed work copy. Right now I'm quite ill and on
LTD quite far from my workplace so it would be difficult to get the disk. I'm
having problems with Outlook and being told I need to do 2 office updates.
While the screen says if one doesn't have the disk to go to options and click
larger segments, this doesn't work and I'm still told I need the disk.

Is there any way to get the updates without the disk?

Unfortunately, there is no way to update without the disks, if the full file
updates didn't work.
