How do I update the zip codes file for use in Geo Mapping in Excel?

I've created a Geographic Map using Excel '97. When the Map wizard starts it interrogates my data and offers suggestions on zip codes not in the current zip code file (I'm assuming there's a zip code file somewhere). How do I update the zip codes file to make it current so I don't have to replace zip code values Excel can't find?
