How do I upgrade from O Professional 2000?

I have Office Professional 2000, which I purchased (not loaded on a computer
I purchased). I now hav e a new computer and wish to Upgrade OP2000 to
OP2003. How do I go about it? Do I have to get it from a store? or can I
just do it online? Is it cheaper to upgrade? or just purchase another new
OP2003?
