How do I upgrade from Office 97 to Office XP?

Have Offive 97 Professional, want to upgrade to Office XP - my OS is XP. A
site here says I qualify for the upgrade, but I can't find the link for this
upgrade. The Service Packs seem to be for if you already HAVE Office XP and
are just wanting to update. ?? Thanks!

To purchase Office XP, you'll probably have to look on the used-software
market. Office XP has not been for sale at retail for a couple of years now.

The latest version of Office is Office 2003, which can upgrade your Office
97.

To acquire a copy of Office 2003 Upgrade... visit your local computer
software retailer, or any one of several online software resellers.

Upgrades are not free.
