how do I upgrade microsoft word 2000 to 2003?

I recently upgraded outlook 2000 to outlook 2003, I'm attempting to mail
merge & print address labels, I'm getting a message I must install version of
Microsoft word that matched version of outlook??? help? how do I do this
without having to go back to the store & purchase microsoft word 2003????????

You can purchase and install Word 2003, or you can uninstall
Outlook 2003 and reinstall Outlook 2000.
