How do I upload files into my Access database

Is it possible to upload files into my Access Database. Not on the web just
on my personnal business computer. How do I do this

Hi Shane,

Do you mean files, or the data they contain? If the former, it usually
makes more sense to leave the actual files in folders in the file system
and simply store information about them in the database. Otherwise,
Access can import data from common file formats (File|Get External
Data|Import).

If that doesn't answer your question, please post back here with more
information about just what you want to achieve.
